Hiring a per diem attorney will add time back into your already busy schedule. We cover most court appearances, motion hearings, and defend depositions for a flat fee.

Our flat fees include preparation time, appearance, and travel time to the venues listed on our Services & Fees page. Any travel outside those venues may incur an additional cost.

Also, please note that appearance requests must be made by 4pm the day prior to the appearance. Additionally, we request a telephone conference and that all relevant documentation be provided prior to the conference.
